Can I divide my Xtend Doses?

I'm currently doing intermediate fasting (in my case I'm not eating in the morning), can I divide up my dosage, 2 during the day and 2 in the evening?

Thank you for your inquiry. We do advise to take the Xtend with food, so if you can take all four pills in the evening with your food than that is perfectly fine too.
