    We are sorry to hear that! Is there something we can do to help you continue with us? Otherwise, it costs 50€ to close your subscription before the 6 months is over.

    I accept the 50 eur difference. There is a second shipment right now., which I have paid already. It is ok.
    The reasonfor cancelling is that I have and had some stomach discomfort, and I would like to do some test to find the right doseof the products.

    Unfortunately we cannot deduct the cancellation fee 50e, that must be paid separately. We can however ship your earlier order once the cancellation fee has been paid.

    Would you like us to send the 50e invoice in your email or would you rather pay it via your customer account?
