May I ask you kindly for what reason you would like to cancel your subscription?
Your subscription is not bounded anymore, I can offer you several possibilities:
- you can pause your subscription for a period of maximum 6 months
- you can try another product from our assortment as you are free to change products now
- you can also discuss your case with our Hungarian Support in your own language. You can reach them via email or phone.
