What do I do if I haven´t achieved the recommended balance after 120 days?
First of all, double check if you have taken your Balance product daily, and that you have taken the right amount for your body weight.
For the BalanceOil, the daily dosage is 0.15 ml x kilo body weight.
Also, ask yourself the following questions:
1. Have I been taking the oil regularly each day between Test 1 and Test 2?
2. Have I been using the right amount of oil according to my body weight?
3. Has anything changed in my diet during this period?
4. Was there enough blood on the test paper which was sent for analysis?
5. Do I take any kind of medications? (this can affect the result)
6. Did I take the oil close to exercise (before or after)? (If you take the oil close to exercise, you will burn a significant % of it for energy; so less of it will reach the cell membranes, so you won´t get the 6:3 ratio down as low as you should)
If you have been taking the correct daily dosage for 120 days, answered "correct" to the above questions, but you are still not in balance, then increase your BalanceOil intake by 25% for about the next 2 months and take a new test.
