Where is my Second Test?

Hi there, I don’t believe I’ve received a second test kit. How can I follow this up please? Thanks, Polly

    Thank you for your inquiry. Your second BalanceTest should have come with your August and September orders, we see it was packed. Let us know if you did not receive it and we will help you further.

    Thank you for your inquiry! We see that your orders will be processed today or tomorrow and shipped soon after. Please keep in mind that our customers pay every month but get a double delivery EVERY other month. So your October and November orders will come together.

    As far as your second test goes, you will receive that 120 days (or 4 months) after you have taken our products and it will come automatically with your shipment.
