When will my products arrive?

I have paid for my order and still have not received any products, what do I do now?

    Thank you for your inquiry!

    If you have a subscription, you pay for two monthly orders and get a double delivery after these two payments. Check if you have paid two orders and get back to us if this is the case.

  • To whom it may concern, I have paid for my order on 6 th September and it is 15. th September today but  I still have not received any products yet. What shall I do now? I think this kind of procedure is not according to your business policy as far as it seems on your webside.

    Thank you for your message!

    As explained here earlier, the deliveries in a subscription will always be shipped after two monthly invoices are paid. The shipping costs 7,00e are divided so that each order has 3,50e. This means that you will get 2 months' products in one delivery and will thus save in the shipping fees.

    Your next delivery will be shipped after your October payment (including both September and October products).
