    Please keep in mind, in order to help you we ask you to have your customer id number available, this should be the number the coffee machine was purchased under.  And also, your coffee machine's serial number, if you have these items above available when contacting us it will help the process of helping you go faster and smoother so that you can enjoy your coffee again soon!
