  • By downloading your personal Zinzino App you will get a daily reminder to take your Balance products. Every time you have taken the product you get one point. Every day you walk 7500 steps you get one more point. By collecting points you can qualify for these benefits:

    1. Freshman SILVER – Start up Level
    2. Premium YELLOW – 120 Health Points
      – Benefits: We send you a gift
    3. Progressive BLUE – 360 Health Points
      – Benefits: You receive free freight on your monthly order
    4. Advanced COBALT – 720 Health Points
      – Benefits: Surprise!
    5. Master PURPLE – 1800 Health Points
      – Benefits: Surprise!

    How to set Zinzino App to get daily remaider? I install it, set everything (hope), but remainder does not work - app does not remind me to take my oil. What should I do?

    Unfortunately no, you cannot. The only place where you can see your collected Health Points is on your application.

    Thank you for your message!

    The app can only give points once a day, which means that if you click "yes" in the morning and then reach the 7500 steps during the day, you will get that extra point next morning.

    If this is not the case with you, please check if your Health App (in iOS) or Google Fit (in Android) allows Zinzino app to access the data.

    Today I have more than 260 points and also my wife but we have not received any gift. We are very curious about "Progressive BLUE" - how it will work too.

    I will email the 120 Health point gift link to you as well. If your wife also has 120 points, she can use the same link to send her gift bottle.

    We make adjustments to shipping fees monthly to customers who have reached 360 points. If you wish, you can also contact us once you've reached 360 points.

    I'm not sure whether the Zinzino app has all the permissions it needs. Do you have a guide on how to set it up on an Android phone? I use the Samsung health app and I have a samsung fit e watch...

    If you open the Google Fit app on your phone and click to the Settings, you should find "Connected apps" and the Zinzino app there.

    Have you noticed in our app if the steps do not show correctly?

    If you can see the right number of steps in the Zinzino app, but the points are still not updating properly, you can try and reinstall the app altogether.
