  • To cancel your subscription please contact Customer Service.

    Your subscription can be cancelled at the earliest after your fifth invoice has been paid.  As Zinzino ask for a 30 day cancellation notice.

    Cancellation fee
    If you however, wish to end the agreement before completing your 6 monthly payments, Zinzino will charge you a fee of 50€.

    If you choose this, no refund will be made, and no products will be sent. Your subscription ends immediately after paying the 50€ invoice. Please contact Customer Service for creating this invoice and any further questions or concerns you may have this cancellation fee and what it includes.

  • I accept and understand that the subscription time of 6 Month has to be fulfilled, but how come its not possible to cancel the subscription before the end of the 6th month, with an end date just after the 6th month??

    Thank you for your inquiry!

    Unfortunately we cannot save the cancellation in our system beforehand: the earliest we can start the 30-day cancellation period, is when the customer has only one monthly installment left of their subscription (i.e. 5 of the 6 already paid).
