How Can I Update the Zinzino Balance App?
Hello,
I have an Zinino app on my phone (android) and i can say i take my Zinzino every day. then the hart grows. But when I look for it in de plays store, the app is gone. I tried to click the link from the website, but it say the link can not be found.
However, there is another app in the play store, but when i download it and want to log in, it says I'm not a member. I'm currently logged in on the website and it shows everything. So how can i update or use a new app if it isn't in the play store or say i'm not a member?

Thank you for your message.
It is not possible to download Balance APP in google play at the moment, due to changes made by Google. That's also the reason that you are experiencing problems even if you had the app before. Hopefully, the app with be available again soon.
