Cancelling customer subscriptions

My clients want to cancel their subscription,
Can you connect with me and cancel their product .

    Thank you for your message!

    As a partner, you can send cancellation requests on behalf of your customers straight to our contract department at

    Please include customers' ID-numbers in your email. Our contract department will then contact the customers within 30 days cancellation period.

    If you wish to do the cancellations over the phone, you may also call us at your local customer service number: choose #3 in the menu and you will be directed to the correct department.
