I only received 1 product instead of 2 products in my subscription delivery.

Hi!

I have a monthly order for balance oil 1 pc/month and I also recently added Xtend to my subcription.
I recieved the delivery, and I think there should have been 2 x the monthly order for Xtend (Delivery every second month), but there was only 1 × Xtend.
Is there some kind of mistake in the order?

    Thank you for your message!

    Your latest delivery included products from December and January invoices. Xtend was added as a plus subscription after December was already paid, so it was not included in your invoices until January. Thus you've now received Balance Oil for December and both Balance Oil and Xtend for January.

    Hopefully this clarifies the situation! In the future, you will of course receive 2x Xtend as long as the plus subscription is not removed.
