  • Contact our Customer Service to return your order.

    For Europe:
    We offer our customers a 30 days right of return for all start packages. After we have received the products, reimbursement is made for the products that have not been used or opened. You will be liable for return shipping. Please read more here.

    Thank you for your inquiry.  We see that you started your subscription with us on the 28th of February, this means that your regretted purchase time is over and we cannot take any products back.  Would you be interested in trying are other Balance products?  If you check our website,, we have plenty of products to choose from and a new Energy Bar to choose from.

    Please let us know what you decide and how we can help you further.  Also, if there is anyway to respond to us in English that would be great, unfortunately, at this time we do not have Hungarian Support.
