How can I check if my Customers have paid their orders?

  • Sign in to your personal partner account (Back Office)
  • Go to My Customers
  • Click on the arrow to the left of each Customer and click:  Log in as a customer to see their orders
  • Go to Orders and see Order Status to see if the order is paid.
